Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas
It is always the same, when christmas trees are raised,
Everyone keep saying 'Merry Christmas',
But I am too lazy to reply.
I watched a movie on the Christmas eve,
In the dark room that filled with crowd,
loneliness nibbled a deep hole in my heart.
My eyes were fixing on the screen,
when on my mind, you were playing completely different scenes.
Then the lights went up again, I got up and left in tearing eyes.
I found myself lost in the sea of joy in the street,
Where I got pulled off by a man dressed like Santas.
He slipped me some candy and asked me for my Christmas wish.
I returned the candy to his bag and told him I wished for some real candy in life,
But you were not here, and I was not there,
So probably we both were too old for that 'Merry Christmas' lie.
